Schenley Park's Visitors' Center, under the management of the Pittsburgh Parks Conservancy, provides a much-needed oasis for park users. The Visitors' Center offers a coffee bar, light lunch fare, gift counter, trail maps of the parks, and clean restrooms. Designed in 1911 by the noted Pittsburgh architectural firm of Rutan and Russell, the building was originally a park pavilion and later a popular nature center.

This model was designed using a new technique which allows us to actually superimpose photographic images directly on the model. This gives the model a very realistic look.
