Conical hats, a cone shaped hat, have been worn in all area of the world during all time periods from pre-history until now. There are too many to mention here, but you might recognize it as a dunce cap, witch's hat, or a clown hat. Whatever, just cut this out and wear it on your birthday, and you are king or queen for the day. To improve on this design, color it with markers or crayons, and staple a rubber band on the bottom to go under your chin.
